Color: Clean and bright, intense cherry red with garnet hues.
Nose: Great intensity, very fine and elegant. Ripe black fruit (blueberries, prunes), spicy notes (black pepper, cloves), all over a fragrant background of toffee and cocoa.
Palate: Gentle entry, velvety, and voluptuous. It quickly becomes fleshy, round, full, and glyceric. Very good acidity balance.
Pairing: A full-bodied wine with an incredible richness of nuances that create a harmonious alliance with roasts, game dishes, red meat, and strong, cured cheeses.
Varieties: 50% Marselan – 50% Tempranillo.
